The Elder Scrolls' dragons did.
This is like saying you want to find a baby robot and tame it. Not gonna happen.
well there are the constructs... which are robots technically. and we all know engine guardian tames one of them kind of

One as a trial boss? I can see that.
I am sure there's maybe one or two in lore around at this time.
Not for riding though.

It would have to be a baby Dragon for a mount and that would be cruel anyway:P

No.
Why?
Because you don't know how to shout.
I can yell all day, what does that have to do with my dragon mount?
Yeah, but you can't shout. It's not the same thing.
How are yelling and shouting not the same thing? And what does it have to do with my dragon?

You can't shout; you can't communicate with a dragon. And, no, I don't mean yelling, I mean actually speaking in the dragon language.
If you really want to sort this out, and play the kind of character who can ride a dragon, then you need to go play Skyrim.

The thing you aren't understanding is that it takes a Dragonborn, who speaks the language of the dragons to be able to ride a dragon temporarily. There are no known Dragonborns in this era, and The Vestige certainly isn't one.
The closest we have to dragons here is the Daedric Titans, who were created by Molag Bal from a dragon he captured, tortured and used the skeleton of.

I agree that there's a few outside of the Dragonborn who learned the language. Through many many years of study most likely. If you want to spend years in game sitting and reading to develop this skill, all good.
As for others who have ridden a dragon . . . None that I've ever heard of.
You won't listen to the fact that it's incorrect lore wise, and you won't listen to the fact that this game isn't coded for flying mounts, so we have reached an impasse. I bow out. Peace!

The issue is that Skyrim has you playing a fundamentally different kind of being from ESO. If you want to play an individual wandering Tamriel with the power to compel dragons and bend them to their will, that's Skyrim, not ESO. If you want to play a near daedra who can't be killed, then that's ESO.

One is Paarthurnax, he's living at the of the Throat of the World above High Hrothgar. Good luck getting up there, since you'll need to learn the shout Clear Skies to reach the summit. Providing the Greybeards will actually deem you worthy enough to teach it to you. And I'm sure the Greybeards aren't going to be too excited about having a hoard of players running up to their mountain retreat. Most likely they'll just blast the players up the mountain side using dragon shouts. Ok, this was the easy dragon to find.
The other dragon is the undead dragon Durnehviir who hangs around in the Soul Cairn. Lord Harkon's castle is not on the map yet, so how one would get to the Soul Cairn at this time is beyond me. However if you should find an entrance to the Soul Cairn, you either need to not have a soul, (more people will have fought Malog Bal and recovered their soul before finding this place), or you can be a vampire. Once inside there are a hoard of undead waiting to entertain you plus a few dragon priest like deadra you have to kill just to get Durnehviir's attention. But since you're not the dragonborn, he'll most likely just kill you instead of talking to you.
I don't think we'll be seeing dragons any time soon.

Dragons respect power. While there are others who have spent their lives studying the Thuum. how many of them are capable of impressing a dragon by defeating it in combat/discussion? The one the Dragonborn gets a ride from is not only working a deal to get free, he wants to see whether the dragonborn is strong enough to go up against Alduin. Even then, you don't get free rides forever; you get an offer to help fight. It wasn't until Miraak that riding dragons was possible; even then you really don't have much control over them outside of Mora's realm.

Why is that the common consensus oh you want dragons go play skyrim... no we don't want to play skyrim or we would be playing it not requesting dragons in eso... that is not a valid solution
The issue is that Skyrim has you playing a fundamentally different kind of being from ESO. If you want to play an individual wandering Tamriel with the power to compel dragons and bend them to their will, that's Skyrim, not ESO. If you want to play a near daedra who can't be killed, then that's ESO.
as being a near daedra we cant be killed so we could confront a dragon and bend its will eventually
We can't be killed permanently. We can be killed. You planning on annoying the dragon into submission? Maybe eventually having us come back over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over will make the dragon tired of killing us. So ir would just ignore us. Or it would just leave. Cause dragons fly. And they ruled over us for eons. They aren't going to let their slaves order them around.
