You won't get into trouble, unless something inappropriate is used, but the will be changed when the forums are fixed.

We just set people back to the default, people won't get into trouble. It's certainly easier for us if people change it themselves.
People won't get into trouble unless the image was inappropriate. And we aren't going to put a lot of effort into sussing out these in the action page of their profile, but we'll likely remove those as we encounter them.

That's actually the original color scheme that was used when ESO launched for PC. It was switched to the current style when Tamriel Unlimited launched. It's gotten some smaller tweaks since to keep it polished and in-line with recent releases.Gold scheme like Caz posted please.
