People like you amaze me. If you've been present at all on these forums since console release, you could see the flood of complaint threads.
Maybe you're just lucky, or playing a different game...
What you need to realise is most of happy players won't come to the forums, they just ... play the game. While most unhappy players will come QQ here, leaving the false impression that the majority if players are unhappy.
This thread concerns consoles...if trolls could real thread titles before commenting then this place would be a little nicer.

You're right. You have MUCH more than slang to learn.
Ultima, your not a noob. You just a twit
@Aquanova
Are you that much of a loser that you need to troll other members in a thread that doesn't concern you? Are you trying to get this thread locked? If I was a mod, you would be banned for starting crap.
SourishWhale wrote: »@CapnPhoton Hey mate, are you able to share any information that we can perhaps try?
I have forwarded ports etc. on my ps4 (I'm no expert) and had things running perfectly in the first few months of this game on console.
I could run with Zergs and have no drop outs, rarely any frame rate issues and aside from my ping (Playing on NA from Japan with my buddies) it was near perfect... I was loving it.
Then IC dropped and it was like night and day. Nothing on my set-up changed. But the game was suddenly unplayable.
I took a few months off, and returned a month ago for DB. It's better in PVE. But Cyrodiil is just a mess.
I'm open to suggestions if you have any? Cheers

I didn't start this ***. I just stated my opinion on a public forum.
If you don't like responses that might be offensive or dont agree with your comments, than why don't you message people you are trying to gain support from?
This isn't troll, this is reality. Get out from your sheltered holes your dug in and realize that OTHER PEOPLE MAY NOT AGREE WITH YOU! and may tell you so in a very blunt fashion.UltimaJoe777 wrote: »UltimaJoe777 wrote: »

I rest my case. I honestly can't even bring myself to report that post because it was literally the worst flame attempt ever.
Go ahead and report me you little ***, I don't care. I'll still make my remakes the way I feel fit.
I just wish I could see your reaction if I made these kind of "offensive remarks" to you in person.
You 2 kiddies wouldn't last 5 minutes where I'm from
ha you call another a noob and say "console lmao"...this is not opinions, this is straight up starting ***.
I find it amusing how you assume where we're from is nicer then where you're from because we have manners on the internet....this isn't the street fool and if it were then talking disrespectfully to people you don't know would get you in more *** then a mod slap on the wrist. Grow up and gtfo if you have nothing to add to the discussion.
I know I shouldn't feed trolls but they really annoy me

Ok. I hope people can get through this because I think it can help some
People are mentioning frame rate loss. However, this issue is rarely connected to internet speed. It can be cause by software bugs and corruption, overheating, and memory. A full reboot often fixes it, or a game reinstall might be necessary. However, it could be a problem with the software build that only can be fixed with an update. Frame rate issues also don't affect your connection abilities.
Make sure your router is not too old. I had a 6 year old router that had major issues connecting after I got the Xbox one. I upgraded and things were much better.
Important: Make the ports go to the device specifically, not the assigned LAN IP.
Before you set your ports, make sure that they are always going to the same device. People will sometimes get all their ports configured and it works for a while then all of a sudden it doesn't. If the LAN IP assignment for the device changed and it often does if you do not make it static in the LAN, then the port settings become useless. It can change easily depending on which devices are in use in your network at different times. It is best to name the device (in your connected devices list), in this instance 'PS4' and its mac address identifies it when you turn it on and assigns it the same name each time.
The most important step: Then have your ports set to the device name (PS4) and not a specific IP.
This way when you turn on your console it doesn't matter what IP your router gives it. The settings are identified through the device name using its MAC address. If you do this, the port settings will follow the device no matter what. The only way the MAC address can change is if you delete your network connection settings on your device and redo.
People will post that they set their ports, etc properly and it worked...now it doesn't. Set everything to the device name, and the ports are not going to float around to another device if it is suddenly assigned the IP you used for your console settings.
Note: Not all routers are capable of assigning a name to the device MAC. Like Microsoft with Xbox, Sony might have a list somewhere of incompatible routers.
PS4 port settings for ESO to assign specifically to the device name:
TCP Ports 10040 through 10060
UDP Ports 50000 through 60000
UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
UDP Port 6250
UDP Port 5060
UDP Port 5062
UDP Port 3478 through 3479
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433
Both consoles use these also as port forwarding specifically:
TCP / UDP Ports 24100 through 24131
TCP / UDP Ports 24500 through 24507
TCP / UDP Ports 24300 through 24331
Xbox specific ports for ESO, assign to name:
UDP Port 88
UDP Ports 12000 through 32000
UDP Port 6250
UDP Port 5060
UDP Port 5062
UDP Port 3478 through 3479
UDP and TCP Port 3074
UDP and TCP Port 53
TCP Port 80
TCP Port 433
Be sure they are set to the proper protocol: UDP packets, or TCP streaming. This makes a huge difference, as some data is retrieved differently. Example: An NPC, its characteristics and function will come through as a packet with all the info at the same time. But it also might have streaming characteristics if it is a combat situation. Live character interactions (movement, communication, raids) will be streaming content as it is unpredictable.
I hope this helps...

Now go ahead and ignore me as Ultima twit suggested
Daddy issues? Mommy issues? Clearly you were mistreated or ignored as a little one. It's okay if your life sucks. Deliberately starting *** on a public forum makes you feel like macho man randy I bet. Flex those keyboard muscles!
You make PC players look horrible.

And guess what it is lag free and you can actually play your characters because your characters do not get stuck/ unable to log into the game like ESO!!

I guess I'm lucky as well. The only time I get any lag is when I first log in while also running FFXIV.
I think everyone having problems should get a faster internet speed just for one month and see if its better.
Now one wierd bug I've had after getting DB is all NPC's will look away from me when they talk..Some who's necks are already turned will do some Lina Blair shi* thats pretty annoying but it's playable.
