I understand being upset. I understand feeling like you're not getting your money's worth. But it's not "bullcrap." It's perfectly reasonable considering the situation. Frustrating, but completely reasonable.
Shocking mentality, it is complete bull crap no question about it.
If they are going to actually tell people to not go to wrothgar then it's time to start handing out refunds.
Since they have not fixed it yet they tell people that for the player's own good. Once it gets fixed they will tell people they can go back. It's like how companies recall faulty products for the consumer's own safety.
I honestly can't believe some of the garbage I'm reading in this thread.
The situation you just described is nothing like what's current going on with wrothgar, when a product is recalled for safety issues it's because an issue has been discovered usually by the company itself. The product being recalled works perfectly fine and the user's don't know about the issue until notified by the company.
What we have here is a broken product, we don't need to be told that there's an issue, in fact it's the user's telling the company there's an issue.

Keep it up Joe, you will have your 10 stars just by posting in this thread.
I feel for the OP. It is nice the company moved him, and warned him. But if he gets stuck again, then they should move him again.
I'm sure they could make this automated so it doesn't take additional time from ZOS employees. Maybe create something on the users account page, so when they get stuck it updates the database and moves their character to a new location.

I sent in a ticket to have it moved to a new location and in 24hr the character was moved, awesome right! But then I read the email saying "we moved ur character but stay out of wrothgar until we can find out what the issue is with characters getting stuck in the loops, we won't be able to move your character a 2nd time."
This is bull crap! I pay for ur damn dlc and ur telling me not to go to a location I pay for and if I do my character is lost until you get ur crap together a fix the broken zone thats been broke for 4 maybe 5 months!?!?
Am I the only one that thinks this is pathetic? And why can't they move it a 2nd time?

If they spent all their time moving people out of a zone that they constantly get stuck in despite knowing they WILL get stuck if they go back they are wasting just as much time moving these people as those people that keep going back only to get stuck again.
Seriously, if you go back and get stuck again knowing full well the zone has issues it's on you, not them, because they warned you it'd happen...

Knowing Zenimax an automated relocator would cause more problems than help lol

I mean it doesnt happen to everyone so the only way to know would be to go there.
The would be sort of funny. Yeah i know we said we fixxed it. But guess what, we still aint moving your characters!

Because they either don't have a fix for it yet or a fix is coming with Shadow of the Hist.

First off you get the 600 gold for each coming to 3K + of gold (times two for me). On top of that, you get the return or mats, and surveys, Bev Juice, flowers, runes, etc. And if you are lucky, you can get glass piece, or even the Pysjic Potion piece. Every day this is another 2 to 25K in gold lost. Every day. I'm probably being modest on those totals too.
Why can't they temporarily move it to Craglorn, or ColdHarbor for turning in writs? This can't be that hard to do. Soooooooo ???????
I think what all these people not experiencing this bug are not thinking about is there is only one place to turn in max level writs. I have not been able to do any writs for fear of losing my character. There is no excuse for it to still be broken to this extent. I consider crafting to be a big part of this game and not having the ability to do my writs for this long is ridiculous

Are you implying we don't know about max level writs? Come now, I do max level writs everyday so you think I don't know where they get turned in? While Wrothgar is down there IS an alternative writ to do: Craglorn writs. At least you'll get your occasional Nirncrux as a consolation...

Relax guys. Just give ZOS some time. Thyre on it. See;

But to turn in writs in Craglorn, I need to respec my character to remove her ability to make endgame armor.
Because I am not "allowed" to go to Orsinium, or I will lose my character forever (or until they fix it, whichever happens), but there is no way to turn off Orsinium without canceling ESO+.
Currently I do writs once a month, on my renewal date when my ESO+ is inactivated while the system tries to decide if I actually renewed. That is the day I can do my writs in Craglorn, so that is the one day a month I can do them.
Can we have a "disable DLC" toggle or something, maybe? This would also help those who purchased Orsinium.
It's a real shame that ZOS is glacier slow in fixing bugs.
If it was me, I would respect for the moment and do them at one level "less".
For that matter I have non-vet characters who do "max level" writs (10/10 in the first passive) and they aren't in Wrothgar at all.
