I'll be subbed until the day I die. They'll have to pry my crafting bag out of my cold, dead hands. The bag alone is worth the cost of a sub, but the other perks are great too.

I want to support this game and the great content that they keep pushing out. The Crown Store is purely quality of life and cosmetic, I think ZOS have really nailed it and the benefits you get from subbing. Crafting bag - I'm looking at ya! I can't see myself playing any other MMO if they keep pushing out new entertainment at the pace they are.

I'm sorry for the people who are getting disconnects, but personally I have only experienced it one or two times, in Mournhold at peak hours. :|
It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

I gladly pay when i feel i get value for money so ive been subbed from launch on. Now the crafting bags are in the game i definitely will not stop subscription. I have to add im a pve player; the lag in cyro would have been a reason to unsub if i went there often

I was definitely of the opinion that you pay for games once and that's it..... until crafting bags landed. Now I happily sub as I can indulge my obsessive mustopeneverycontainerjustincase fetish....

I'm sure I would have finished leveling last week were it not for me opening e ver y thing because of the crafting bag. I even upped my stealth so I could sneak around and hoover up everything. Not having to pay for DLC and getting 1500 crowns a month is a close second. The 10% research trait is going to be awesome for when I get into the 5+ territory for traits.

Most reasons why to sub are already mentioned above. The only reason why i might stop subbing is getting really pissed because of the HORRIBLE LAGG in Cyrodiil, which already made me quit the game for half a year.

You say that like it hurts them lol

I sub for Crafting Bags too but accept the additional perks as well. However, I do have lag and frame rate lag and stuff but if i let that get me down what kind of gamer would I be? Being an MMO player for so many years gets you used to that stuff lol

I agree as a gamer but the problem is that companies and their management are also in business for many years and they must have a professional approach to solve problems and prove high quality to make customers trust in their products and service.

There is a difference of being a fan or gamer and a customer or investor that spend a lot of money in a product.
To make my self clear, games don't need to exceed expectations and they don't need to fix all bugs right away but games must fulfill certain business requirements and connection or performance issues are business critical in Online gaming.

3 - I paid it back when it was mandatory. I saw no reason to stop paying it now that I even get some perks out ot if.

    These are my reasons.

I subscribe for diff reasons. Mainly the amazing craft bag is priceless for folks like myself who picks up everything.
Then theres the 10% extra xp
    1500 Free crowns each month
    Faster research
    And what not.
    And soon the costume dye.

However buying a subscription for 1 month to dye ur costumes, will only benefit u for the 1 month u payed for. As its subscription locked and it will all be removed when the subscription runs out, like the crafting bag..

I am a new player ESO, though I was in beta. Waited couple years for them iron things out. I definitely like getting a subscription. The crafting bag, all DLC, 10% XP, 1500 crowns are worth it to me.

I would rather pay a fix amount a month, than have to deal with the degraded game-play of F2P games. No game is F2P. You suffer through the game-play and micro transactions that cost way more that $15 a month.

When a game goes to F2P then I know it's time to move on.

Lag is complex problem that sometimes is the the fault of the servers. Some player bring the lag with them.

I would probably move on to another game if they discontinued ESO+. I don't like in-game stores - not unless they are done with great care and are not interfering with the game play.

I have not jump into any of the DLC yet. Are they the equivalent of a couple of zones, or are they like full expansions?

I get constant disconnects even though they been "fixed". Going into grahtwood is not even an option for me, so forget about daily pledges... For those of u that pay monthly, why? I can't see myself paying for Netflix if it keeps crashing midway though watching a show over & over & OVER.... I don't get it.

Well in your case it is not worth paying, and for a while it wasn't either for me ....I just got a new laptop, which can run the game without disconnections, so I sub.

I still disconnect, but it's more like once every 5 hours, rather than disconnection every 10 minutes. I can also pick up pledges in Grahtwood with only 2-3 mid-air loading screens and no disconnetions.

I've paid a subscription since the PC launch and play on the PC EU server. Although it's fair to say that I neither do PvP nor competitive PvE, I have not had any performance or other issues with the game at any time, so for me there has been no reason to question my continuing subscription. I suspect you're on console and I sympathise fully with those console players who do have serious issues and wouldn't expect them to subscribe until they're fixed.

Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

If they could wouldn't they have done it by now? I stopped paying because they don't fix the lag. I refuse to pay for crap content like TG and DB without getting any fixes to the base game. Every dlc gives us more buges, no fixes to things like lag, there is just no justification to pay for this game. ZOS should get it's priorities strait, fix those servers, reduce the lag and don't add any stuff until the game works as was promised.

You and everyone else with this mindset understand nothing of business. No new stuff, dead game. Yea the problems suck, but they do want to fix them. Unlike you, they have a bottom line slamming into their face all the time that they have to meet.

After the launch I left the game as I was fed up with the cheaters, spammers, bots and bugs.

Out of curiosity came back to see how the game was after it became ftp and was very positively surprised by the state of the game.

Played now and then without feeling any need to sub, just purchased the dlcs that interested me (never been that interested in joining mafia and murdering people, even pixels).

Crafting bag was, however, too good to pass up. Makes me wonder why they took so long to come up with it - a most marvellous deal sweetener.

Too bad the bugs are on the increase again.

While we call games F2P, I would debate that there is no such animal. I would rather pay for a MMO monthly, than have a company engineer their game around getting people to buy stuff. The whole games suffers with F2P.
