I get constant disconnects even though they been "fixed". Going into grahtwood is not even an option for me, so forget about daily pledges... For those of u that pay monthly, why? I can't see myself paying for Netflix if it keeps crashing midway though watching a show over & over & OVER.... I don't get it.

I've paid a subscription since the PC launch and play on the PC EU server. Although it's fair to say that I neither do PvP nor competitive PvE, I have not had any performance or other issues with the game at any time, so for me there has been no reason to question my continuing subscription. I suspect you're on console and I sympathise fully with those console players who do have serious issues and wouldn't expect them to subscribe until they're fixed.

I experience these same issues but man I sure do love my crafting bag. I honestly can't see myself playing without it now that I have had a taste.

Exactly why I won't sub. Actually I'm gonna sub for 1 month next month just to dye my costumes and never do it again. Take that ZOS!

Edit: mind you, it's mostly the condition of cyrodiil that puts me off supporting them any further

You say that like it hurts them lol

I sub for Crafting Bags too but accept the additional perks as well. However, I do have lag and frame rate lag and stuff but if i let that get me down what kind of gamer would I be? Being an MMO player for so many years gets you used to that stuff lol

    1 - I don't have these issues.
2 - As a single woman with no kids and who doesn't have any expensive hobbies other than gaming, the sub doesn't hurt my budget at all.
3 - I paid it back when it was mandatory. I saw no reason to stop paying it now that I even get some perks out ot if.

    These are my reasons.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

Weirdly enough, I only had this issue before Tamriel Unlimited, not after it. It was awful, but unsubbing back then would mean stopping playing and I wasn't willing to give up on the game.

I had a couple problems back then. The first was the gold bots, which... I still remember logging in one day to something like 23 messages in my inbox, all from goldsellers.

The other thing was a gear deterioration bug that would cause your equipped armor to degrade rapidly in and out of combat. I'm talking about gear being reduced from fully intact to ~20% over the course of one quest, and I was seeing repair bills of over 1k on level 8s, when everything I got from the quests they were running only came to about 400g. And of course, if you came on the forums to talk about it, you'd get mocked by people saying that gear deterioration was caused by damage taken (it's not, your gear deteriorates based on combat XP earned) and the entire situation was very ******* frustrating.

(IIRC, the bug was your gear was being damaged for any combat XP earned in your vicinity, instead of just the player's combat XP earned. There was also a version where your gear would deteriorate from any XP earned in the player's vicinity, though I didn't suffer that one, mercifully.)

I was only gone for about two months. I still qualified for the vet senche. But, yeah, that was the only thing that got me to actually unsub.

The load times after IC dropped got me to stop playing, for a couple months... but still.

Crafting bag is very much worth the subscription IMO.

Played without ESO Plus since subscription was no longer required as I didn't notice much difference in the gameplay experience after sub lapsed.

Prior to ESO, I had never considered paying a subscription fee for any game. I'd generally prefer to simply pay once to buy a product permanently, especially as sometimes I get busy and with no time to play ESO for a few months or more. After some DLC came out, I wanted to try it but planned to buy one or two of the DLC whenever they go on sale.

Recently subscribed again in order to get crowns to buy character slots, and wow, the crafting bag makes a huge difference. The DLC is fun as well, especially Imperial City. After experiencing this, I will definitely continue to keep subscribing.

    DLCs
    Crowns
    Costume-dye in August

Crafting Bags / DLCs being the main reason :) The first time I subbed, was to get access to the TG-DLC, lol. Didn't have crowns to buy it nor did I have money at the time, to buycrowns solely for that purpose. So decided to sub instead :)

There's some problems with ESO, though. Doesn't have to be his PC or Internet. I've seen people with really good PCs struggle with Grahtwood aswell. ESO-Grahtwood is not great, I avoid that place if I can, too. Its just ESO-problems mainly.

You have to do exact the opposite. Otherwise they will never ever fix the lag or connect issues.
