    Khajiit thanks many of you for the kind words. A script for the next movie is in the early stages of being written.

    The location shooting is complicated by the fact that many cast members are currently in the different alliances - due to Khajiit hitting the wrong button when this one hired them. Until Spiny Tim can get the papers to travel to Daggerfall then the filming it cannot start. The lizard orphan child he is currently trained to level 38 so khajiit expects he will soon be able to apply for his pan Tamriel visa.

    Yeah, I was not impressed with Warcraft as well.

    I am holding hopes for a director's cut. That the studios forced Duncan Jones to cut over 40 minutes of film in a movie that was supposed to introduce an entire new universe to people and pay quite a bit of service to fans was really sad.

    The movie wasn't 'bad', but the pacing was chopped by those 40 minutes missing and the action of the humans lacked depth, they used too many TV actors in a movie that would never have escaped being compared to Lord of the Rings.

    The acting of the Orcs was awesome though, Durotan was amazing.

    The only successful game to movie that I can think of is Mortal Kombat. It did well enough to warrant a sequel, and a third one is apparently in the works if you google it. The first one made $122 million with an $18 million budget.

    The movie itself falls into the "so bad it's good" category, but it was a "success".

    I guess WoW movie could be considered a success also since it has grossed upwards of $400 million worldwide (only $46 million domestically). Apparently it cost $160 million to make.

    Interesting is to compare MK to WoW. MK actually had $70 million domestic which is far more than WoW even 21 years later. Goes to show how much Blizzard relies on those foreign revenues both for the movie and for WoW mmo.

    No. while the idea does sound magnificent. Movie directors have the tendency of ruining every original content they try to "bring to life". Games and their stories should stay where they are. That's my point of view anyway.
