Can the DLC zones be accessed without a wayshrine?

✭I think that you can take a boat to Abah's Landing, a cart to Orsinium, and I am not sure about the Gold Coast.

✭There are ways to get there through the gates. I don't remember the zones, Glenumbra maybe is one. But they are locked if you don't have the DLC.0 -

I was checking out these zones last night and it doesn't seem like there's a way to go to or from them on foot/mount.
With the One Tamriel changes coming up were supposed to be able to run across Tamriel to any zone. These included?0 -

I believe you can enter Wrothgar through Merchant's Gate in northern Bangkorai but I could be wrong. As for the other two there is not a way to get there on foot/mount because they aren't connected to any other zones at the moment.0 -

Okay thanks. It was actually the Bangkorai to Wrothgar connection that I was trying to find last night. It didn't seem to work but I.will double check.

Abah's Landing: Via boat as a part of the intro quest or, if you have completed the intro quest, via the boat that initially took you to Fulstrom Homestead, located in Wayrest, Woodhearth, or Windhelm.
Hew's Bane: Via a special boat at the northern Daggerfall docks, Vulkhel Guard docks, or Davon's Watch docks. Thank you @code65536 . In my ideal world all of the zones are accessible by foot, but it makes sense that hews and gold coast aren't since they aren't actually attached to any other zones yet.
I was concerned that orsinium was not accessible by foot so I'm glad to hear it is.
Are cyrodiil and craglorn accessible by foot? Pretty sure cyro is not given that you have to queue for a campaign, but I've never tried with craglorn.Edited by Cazic on July 8, 2016 12:25AM0 -

The only way to enter Cyrodiil is to queue for a campaign--there is no "natural" entrance to Cyrodiil.Are cyrodiil and craglorn accessible by foot? Pretty sure cyro is not given that you have to queue for a campaign, but I've never tried with craglorn.
You cannot access Craglorn by foot--the gate between Bangkorai and Craglorn is unusable. Once you reach level 50, a cart (along with the Stargazer NPC that starts the Craglorn quest chain) will spawn near the stables of each faction capital that will take you to Craglorn if you don't want to use the wayshrine network.
