Bug , content of the guild merchand not found, impossible to send mail, whispering and trade.

Hello everyone,

It is now 14 days I have this problem.

-Impossible to access the merchant guild (I have only the choice "Goodbye")
-Impossible to send mail in the game
-Impossible to make a trade with a player
-I have no access to guild bank
-Other player don't see my whispering

This problem is present in all my characters.
I sent several tickets from 10 days, still no feedback from ESO, except the automatic message.

FYI I have tried reinstalling the game.

Do you have any ideas or have you ever had this problem?

I read on forums that people have had this problem due to floods and therefore a restriction of their account.
But in my case I never flooded ...

This problem really bothers me ..

I'm getting the same error! I just posted this yesterday. I've already submitted help tickets, too. I've yet to receive any sort of confirmation or help from ZoS.

Has your problem been fixed yet???

@Sapique, it appears your issue has already been resolved.
@jaburns, I've made sure your ticket is in the correct area, you'll get a reply from that team as soon as they can get to you.
