Rkundzelft Not Marking as Complete

Solo'd Rkundzelft group delve in Craglorn including the Giant Dwarven Spider boss. I ran through just in case to make sure everything else in the entire dungeon was dead and I got the skyshard. From what I've seen the spider is listed as the only boss in the delve. The delve icon remains blacked out on my map and I didn't recieve an achievment or message saying I completed the delve. Do I need to come back in a group in order to complete it? This wasn't how it worked with the other two delves I also solo'd.

I'm having the same issue and am posting this more than two months after you... I guess this problem wasn't very high up in their priorities.

We're looking into this issue and are having difficulty reproducing it on our internal servers. If you can offer more specifics, it might help us to determine the cause.

No group should be required. It does bear mentioning that you must also kill the adds in the boss event to get credit.

For public dungeons, the map icon turns white after you've turned in the dungeon's quests. Boss-killing is not required.

Rkundzelft is not a public dungeon, it is an instanced 4-man delve in Craglorn. Nonetheless, that particular delve is part of the Craglorn main story line quest, "The Shattered and the Lost". I cannot say for sure, but you may need to complete "The Shattered and the Lost" before it gets marked as completed.

I believe Dagoth_Rac is correct, you have to do the Main Quest stage for this one to be marked complete. Ironically, you don't have to kill all the Bosses to complete the Dungeon when doing the quest. Just the one(s) that the Quest tells you to.

Oh, oops. I got it mixed up with Rkindaleft. Dwemer names all sound alike. It's been a while since I've done the Craglorn delves, but I do recall that with a boss that was a bit out of the way and we missed the boss in our first run-through. Don't know if that's the one, though.

I had this issue with Hircine's Haunt, also in Craglorn, and I may be able to shed some light on this with the work-around / solution I found.

My group burned the two bosses in Hircine's (the croc and the werewolf) so quickly that their first set of adds were still in the spawn animation when the bosses died.
After completing the dungeon, including both bosses, a full clear, gathering the skyshard, and completing the related quest (also connected to Rkundzelft), the achievement and map pin still did not update.

I went back into Hircine's Haunt and soloed the place, making sure to lower my DPS on the bosses, in order to allow the boss adds to spawn on both of the bosses.

After killing the second boss with this method, the achievement popped, and the map pin updated.

That may be correct, but if it is, that would be illogical and needs to be changed. As a Delve location, marking as complete should only require killing certain bosses that are accessible outside of quests. No quest boss should be required for Completion of any Delve location, as that is not how Delves are supposed to work.

Today I have killed the boss, all the spiders, guardians etc, read all the books, closed all the steam pipes, talked to the aspect of the guardian, still showing as uncompleted on my Craglorn map.
Do I really need to solo and complete the whole 'shattered and the lost' quest line before I got it marked as completed?
That shouldn't work that way.
