been trying to get help from support for 2 weeks now!
It's been 7 days now since my ticket was marked as solved when my question wasn't even answered. I have a thread going on the PLAYSTATION®4 TECHNICAL SUPPORT forum page but I see more people are getting responses from zos over here so I thought I would post here too.

There is my original forum post on the issue, I also just opened a new ticket 160704-004189 referring to the same issue.
I just want this fixed so I can purchase eso plus again

I'd really love some help.... I'm not trying to be rude or ungrateful.... I love this game..... I just want to be able to play and enjoy my time.

The least that they can do is acknowledge there is a problem and direct the OP to the steps that would remedy this issue.
