Surely, this is not the dark side. The dark side is getting the Dark brotherhood DLC and having to go around blade of woeing.

Well like I said. My main is a NB now because we are OP. I'm not hoping for nerfs but I'm not going to pretend our class is "balanced" with the rest

I never have the gear for burst, so NB is the class I do worst on. I could do a sustain NB build but that's better for PvE than PvP. I like the idea of it but unless I am PvPing versus someone totally under-equipped for PvP with no experience, it's kind of sad watching my try to attack someone.

I have only ever played a mageblade.. and as much as I keep saying "I gotta try those other classes," I just don't ever seem to get around to it. As a fellow nightblade.. I would like to welcome you to the darkside.. all is well.. all is well..

The NB was intended to expound upon the vampire experience. Technically a player can make a NB healer using blood, if they focus heal. I've done it and it's quite effective, and somewhat unique. Most would be afraid to attempt it.

That's not really the problem. The problem is that woeing is the only stealth form of killing, when there should be more that don't revolve around it. Of course with the respective decrease in xp earned when using such a method.

It's been common since release. I've known a few. If I wasn't so stuck in my melee ways I'd have one. Tried out the skills and all that but it's all different now anyways.

Oh I'm sorry, that sound just now? Had to spit out the words you were putting in my mouth.

I'm not making grand claims that I'm going to suddenly be incredibly over powered now that I'm a Nightblade. I'm going to suck at this game no matter what class I play as, cause I'm just that type of gamer that does things how he feels about doing it. I don't forego everything else so I can focus solely on taking advantage of game mechanics. But even so I can definitely tell Nightblades have some advantages the other classes lacked on my other characters' playthroughs.

That said I'm most likely shooting myself in the foot by deciding on playing a Stamblade and NOT equipping a Two Handed, or just playing a Stamblade in general since my preferred playstyle has always been Magicka.

Also as a side note. Some of you guys are seriously passive aggressive. Might want to work on that.
