    Same here though the reply I got was to they couldn't help and to contact Microsoft, tried cancelling and designing but that didn't work have submitted another ticket but am fast losing patience. The money has left my account and I have confirmation from Xbox that I've paid and subscription is active so it has to be zenimax

    This is why many on XBox don't sub, but decided to purchase the DLC instead. Then we get *** on by ZOS and treated like low lives on the forum. Fix it ZOS! If you want to stonewall people into subbing you have to make it work first.

    This also started for me yesterday, which was my auto-renewal date. I tried everything from the router, game data, clearing mac address, etc ..... nothing worked.

    I just got off chat with Microsoft. It is a known issue as they have been getting a lot of chats on ESO+ not working. The tech I chatted with @ Microsoft said they are investigating the issue.

    The fix they have is for Microsoft to cancel the subscription and refund the charge. Then I logged into ESO and re-subscribed. Logged out of game, restarted the console, logged back into game and ESO+ is working again.

    Microsoft chat is very helpful, all was fixed in 10-15 minutes and they stayed in chat with me the entire time.

    Go to THIS SITE and select Xbox One in Step #1. Then select XBox Live, then Services in Step #2. Then under Step #4 select Chat with Microsoft Support. My wait time was about 3-4 minutes before an agent responded.

    Not sure if issue is Microsoft's or ZOS's fault .... I do applaud Microsoft for their quick response and temporary resolution to this issue. Sure beats waiting days on end for ZOS to respond

    Another thing I've found is when the resub happens on a weekend it screws up. Generally it can take 24 hours to be recognised. I dunno something somewhere is always screwed up lol.

    I've the same problem, Xbox Sub says it's paid, I have the email from Microsoft to say it's paid, and it lists me as 'Active' on my ESO Account page - yet in-game no cigar, so no access to DB.

    Sent in a ticket, got usual automated response - no help at all. Recycled my xbox several times, deleted the local data and removed power etc, nothing working. It's only my second month of subscribing.

    OK, so after a long drawn out chat with Microsoft, where they tried to tell me that I should contact ZOS/ESO as it is their problem (you are not LISTENING to me) my ESO+ was cancelled and I re-subscribed again. This appears to have solved the in-game ESO+ issue and I have it listed on my Character sheet and I have access to my craft bag. HOWEVER, I do not have my bonus crowns. Great.

    For the crowns dont worry, zenimax give you faster, just replay again just for the crowns. Maybe they give you a bonus

    @ZOS_DaryaK my eso + renewal was charged and paid for on the 25th. My eso + perks are gone as of this morning, sent in a help ticket but instead of getting the ridiculous cut and paste responce from your support bots, I was hoping you could fix this. GT is Beep Equals One. Thanks.

    I have had this happen too, had the renewal email 2 days ago and when I logged on after no eso plus... GT is RabidHellBunny and Gold subscription is active.

    Your customer service is terrible! Really, your answer to my Eso+ renewal is to cancel with XBOX... I have been renewing for 5-6 months now with the same card, but now because ZOS cannot get their act together I have to contact Microsoft and wait for a refund on my Eso+. I am usually the first player to attempt to defend ZOS and this game, but this is the last straw, you take advantage of your player base by releasing these subpar DLC's riddled with bugs and issues, and then blame the user and Microsoft when things are reported as bugs. Your customer service is nothing more than cut and paste replies from a FAQ page and provides no help in the least! I absolutely love this game and love the actual content that has been released, but the bugs, lack of customer service, and overwhelming greed shown by this company has made it almost impossible to continue to enjoy this game! Zenimax, you really need to go back to basics and really need to examine your business model before your entire customer base abandons you as you have abandoned them!

    Just spoke with Microsoft customer service for 'bout 30 minutes. Apparently, this is an issue happening with many console users (he said ALL but I haven't heard many other subs say that) and promised their engineers would have the issue resolved within 24 hours. I saved the text of the chat just in case. This is really frustrating as I was grinding Maelstrom and IC and now don't have access to either.

    If you are stuck call MS and have them refund the cost and resub for the Plus. Microsoft knows it's an issue so we skipped all the other typical rebooting blah blah blah stuff and just went to refunding.
