I've the same problem, Xbox Sub says it's paid, I have the email from Microsoft to say it's paid, and it lists me as 'Active' on my ESO Account page - yet in-game no cigar, so no access to DB.
Sent in a ticket, got usual automated response - no help at all. Recycled my xbox several times, deleted the local data and removed power etc, nothing working. It's only my second month of subscribing.
I hope they fix the issue within 24 hours. I talked to them 4 days ago (Sunday) to resolve my ESO+ issues, the support technician said they were investigating the issue the .....Just spoke with Microsoft customer service for 'bout 30 minutes. Apparently, this is an issue happening with many console users (he said ALL but I haven't heard many other subs say that) and promised their engineers would have the issue resolved within 24 hours. I saved the text of the chat just in case. This is really frustrating as I was grinding Maelstrom and IC and now don't have access to either.
