Renewed my ESO+ today but the service is not active on my account. I have received the email from Microsoft saying that the payment has been made but 5 hours later I do not have ESO+ on my account. I have submitted two tickets 4 hours apart to try to resolve the issue but I have yet to get a reply on either one. I didn't write down the first reference number due to not having problems with customer service in the past and thinking that I wouldn't need it but the second one is 160619-003156.

    Same thing here. Been waiting two days for a reply from zos. If it isn't fixed by tomorrow I'm unsubbing. Posted a thread as well with my ticket number for @ZOS_DaryaK and nothing.

    I got a reply from zos saying I haven't paid for it after 9 hours... so I sent a screenshot of the email Microsoft sent me saying my sub is renewed and payment is received. 5 hours later I haven't heard anything else.

    i know right.. anyway still no reply several hours later again so i contacted xbox support. they have given me a refund on the sub and cancelled it for me. zos is a joke.

    Yup same in my case but they haven't contacted me yet but I have a notification from MS + my debit card holder showing that it was taken out of my account. No Maelstrom weapons this week thanks to it too and still no response as of the 18th from ZOS. GGj

I got an email back on my ticker a few minutes ago and when I went to open it...it was an automated customer service survey.....still no response from zenimax. They got their cash so I suppose that's all that matters to them. Day 3 of no eso plus, no access to the dlc areas, no bonus xp etc. @ZOS_DaryaK @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

    Did you reset Alt MAC Address under Network on your XBox? This is what I had to do when my sub quit working.

    My eso plus is gone. I submitted a ticket and got no response. I can't do any of the new dlc or use my crafting bag or farm vma because I can't access the areas.
    One character was on the gold Coast when my membership disappeared and she's stuck there now. Each time I try to log into her she acts like she'll make it into the gold Coast then boom kicked to dashboard.
    I have only gotten one auto response saying to power cycle my xbone and they marked my ticket as solved when it clearly isn't. I replied twice immediately and 3 days later still no eso plus or response. I've even posted on the eso forums and tagged the appropriate people and haven't heard a peep.
    My ticket number is 160618 005116
    I have ALREADY restarted and reset numerous times. I have already contacted Microsoft to confirm my subscription is valid and paid for and it is NOT on their end. Can anyone help? Tag a few zos employees here maybe?

    Gamertag is tarafraka and yes xbox gold is active! I can log into the game (on certain characters at least) I just can't access any areas that plus allowed me to or use the features I definitely paid for.

    Under your network setting you will see advance and under that is Alt Mac I think. You want to reset it and it should reboot the Xbox.

    I sorted it by contacting Microsoft who cancelled my sub and refunded me the latest payment, I then re-subbed and it has been working fine since.

    I was advised by a guildmate to cancel my recurring payment after gaining the service as I would get the full month out of it that I had paid for and then just manually re-sub each month. He claims he has done this for the last 4 months as he had this problem back then and has never had it happen since doing it this way.

    My ESO+ disappeared last night. I was running around Wrothgar on a lower level, relogged to my main/crafter to deconstruct some things, and suddenly my inventory was full because the crafting bags wasn't working.

    I tried relogging to different characters, exiting the game, rebooting the Xbox, nothing has worked so far. I submitted a ticket last night. 160621-004604

    My renewal date is not until July 7th, so I am halfway through my current month.
    Why be normal when you can be better?

    If you are using WiFi to play Xbox had me clear the Alternate Address and that took care of my issue. You can find it in Network>Advance I think

    Not WiFi. The router sits right next to the Xbox, so it's wired in.

    Same thing here. I was doing DB stuff yesterday and today I find myself locked out of DLC. Billing page says payment went through and I have 27 days remaining, I've tried everything including a few hard boots and clears of the Alternate Address and I have a ticket that's now 20+ hours old with no response. I must say this customer support is the worst I've ever seen.

    My ticket from yesterday was fixed this afternoon, so I should hopefully be in good shape? Time will tell.

    I really hope they fix the root cause, though. It's very annoying.

    I'm having the same issue and as always zos first response is "you should check everything else first because it can't be on our side" when in fact it is pretty much every time

    @OP.go into your Microsoft account on the net and go to subscriptions. It should appear there. Get a screen shot of that with your GT in view. ThAts what support asked me to do last year. Also ESO+ disappears for me randomly every now and then. A general fix to it is to delete your save game data for ESO in manage game section and do a hard reset. Sometimes it takes me a couple of goes. What deleting your save game data does is force a resync with the server.
