This is absolutely insane. We are clearly asking to give them our money and in response we get nothing. I got an email back on my ticker a few minutes ago and when I went to open it...it was an automated customer service survey.....still no response from zenimax. They got their cash so I suppose that's all that matters to them. Day 3 of no eso plus, no access to the dlc areas, no bonus xp etc. @ZOS_DaryaK @ZOS_JessicaFolsom

Did you reset Alt MAC Address under Network on your XBox? This is what I had to do when my sub quit working.

If you are using WiFi to play Xbox had me clear the Alternate Address and that took care of my issue. You can find it in Network>Advance I think
