Any body else's character get stuck in a heavy attack while weaving attacks?

I medium weave with an inferno destro stuff and lately I've been getting stuck in a heavy attack while in combat. My character will power up a heavy and I can't get him out of it. I have to wait for the heavy to finish before resuming my attacks. I can't do anything but dodge attacks for a few seconds and hope I don't die.

✭Happened WAY before the DB update I think since IC perhaps before but each update seems to increase the frequency of it happening. Staves are the only thing I see it happen with I have yet to try with stam weaponsPS4 NA

I frequently announce in dungeons, "Stuck in a full heavy attack, watch your health until I can heal again."Why be normal when you can be better?
