- Khajiit Skills
- Medium Armor Expertise: This passive ability has been renamed to “Cutpurse.” Also, in addition to the current benefit it now increases your chance to successfully pickpocket by 5%.
Nice, nice.. fitting lorewise etc - good change.
- Robust Constitution: This passive ability has been renamed to “Nimble.” Also, it no longer increases your Health Recovery by 6/13/20%. It now increases your Max Stamina by 2/4/6% and continues to increase your Stamina Recovery by 3/6/10%.
Wait a second... you are giving the current strongest PvE DPS class for stamina builds 6% more stamina?
Can't say I'm a big fan of this change - many of us were looking forward to the other weaker stamina races becoming somewhat stronger for PvE (and PvP in some cases). Imperial, Nord, Bosmer... these are all races that should've gotten a DPS boost - not the already strongest race.
I know there's an option for race change being added as well, but it doesn't mean everyone in competitive PvE should become a khajiit.

Just because its a stereotype doesn't mean all khajiits are thieves, change that cutpurse racial we are first a race of traders than a race of thieves. Khajiits are one of the most spiritual races of Tamriel why go and make us freaking thieves!!!!!

✭✭✭✭Since khajiit are in a fine spot PvE wise, I don't think that's where they should get any kind of buffing.
In PvP, khajiit is a bit underwhelming compared to bosmers or redguards though - so that's where they should've got buffed.
Instead of 6% max stamina, it would be nice if they got something like:
"10% chance on attack to steal X health, magicka or stamina from target" - I feel that'd make them more viable in PvP without affecting PvE too much, while also making sense lorewise.4 -

It's not like that.
The problem is that khajiit are already not only powerful in PvE, but the best race (this is something most hardcore PvErs agree). Giving khajiit +6% more stamina only makes the best PvE stamina race even better, leaving others further behind.
I do agree khajiit could use a buff for PvP though, the +8% crit that is strong in PvE is nigh useless in PvP with damage shields & impenetrable everywhere. Also, if you're a Nightblade using Shadowy Disguise, that's going to be a near useless passive.
For those reasons, I'd be glad to see khajiit get a buff that affects them positively in PvP - without further imbalancing PvE.5 -

I see Khajiit as the Magicka DK of races. Amazing in PvE, top tier in its field (with stam classes pulling 50k this patch they kind of left behind the MagDK but it is still really good). While in PvP, it is really underperforming. It is hard to buff something in once place without it being the most overpowered in another. While I do agree that Khajiit is powerful, it needed some love is damage that wasnt situationalXbox NA - Oompa

✭Khajiit were the only Race without a Attribute bonus, I would have taken a Health Attribute bonus but getting 6% more Stamina is fine.
I also think that the falling Passive on the Bosmer should have been given to the Khajiit and the pick-pocketing bonus can be given to the Bosmer but the DEV's looked like they wanted to show that the Khajiiti lifestyle has given them better stealing abilities.

I agree. The current highest publically posted vet trial single target DPS video is a redguard I think. As it stands redguard damage is competitive with khajiit and redguard has much better sustain. Additionally crit is worth a lot less in PvP, so redguard is a better choice for pvp as well. GilGalad✭✭✭✭✭I agree that Khajiit are allready performing well in PVE. In order to buff them a bit in PVP and keep the balance in PVE I would suggest to do the following:
Reduce crit bonus to 5% or 4%
Reduce stamina bonus to 5%
this way they have a decent regen and max stamina for pvp, while staying balanced in PVE. One should keep in mind that the crit bonus is only really good while using the shadow mundus which might be a restriction with new sets.1 -

Lore-wise, when most Khajiit actually talk about taking things that "belong" to others, it's more of a "hey, nobody was using it, and I needed it" kind of thing, not a "I desire to do crime" thing.
