And does anyone here know how I might be able to recover my Game Registration Code if my ticket continues to be ignored? Thank you.

    I suspect they've kicked the idea of replying to you around internally and would like to implement it at some point, but they currently have no ETA.

    They don't really respond to general thread stuff.

    If you post under tech support on your platform with the ticket number that will get a forum mod to ask support to contact you but that's the extent of it

    You need to go to the Crown Store and use the paid tech support. 2k crowns should get you a general response and if you throw down 5k they'll give you a cookie too.

    Today after six months battling the support, be it by merit of proof (or lack of counter-arguments of their part) or because threw sh*t in tha fan and decided to give me back what I needed, I WON.

    "Pro Tips"

    - Be intelligent, not just smart, but intelligent and concise. You need anything you must be 110% sure of what you're talking about and write everything with as much details as possible, preferably win unquestionable proofs, like pictures.
    - Keep pressure! They'll refuse, deny and distrust your words with predefined and arrogantly polite messages
    - Be patient! Nothing personal, but they don't seem to very smart. It's like they've been brainwashed to use whatever is the admin system they use to handle user logs, instead of think by themselves, "out of the box", to really help you
    - If you used all your patience with one supporter, be arrogantly polite like them, show you're displeased and, if they don't take initiative, ask to have your ticket escalated to someone else

    Fastest way to get support response seems to be using in-game support ticket system rather than submitting it via support page on website. Seems weird right, but thats how it is :D

    Forum mods shouldn't have to do support's job for them. What's going on in Zenimaxland?

    This makes me wonder if the GMs and support people have any tools at all. They shouldn't need to take our word for something - there should be logs to show them what actually happened.

    Yeah. It's all a sham. Good luck. I recommend phone calls and registered letters. It was the only way I could get help before.

    Ticket not answered? Maybe to are on the no-response list :I also, on the box your game came in or the confirmation email for digital

    Wait... there's actually a support department? *gasp*

    I got the impression Zenimax was comprised of about 20 people in a building somewhere and they'd created a huge online marketing image for themselves to give people the idea they were a massive game company... :P
    TL;DR - If you got this far without reading the entire post you're either too lazy or suck at reading comprehension and probably don't belong in a public forum anyway. Just move along, you wouldn't understand.
