But all kidding aside, my logic is perfect. You can disagree but you can't argue my logic. If all of you have a problem, and everyone I know doesn't, then the issue isn't likely to be a global issue with ZOS or Microsoft. What if you all are using the same method of payment? Maybe the issue is getting that processed. Maybe you all live in the same country, there could be an issue there. So instead of posting hyperbole, you can post specifics of your problem and they would have a much easier time diagnosing, instead of looking on their end for something that may not be there.

I live in the US and make my transactions through my Microsoft account, Microsoft has confirmed transactions and puts the issue squarely on ZOS. Does that mean it's ZOS not necessarily but whether its poor coding by ZOS because they are bad coders or a conflict created by arbitrary denotation of clients non of which are the consumers problem. The my other games on xbox are working fine, I have followed all ZOS trouble shooting steps including re-installing the client. The issue rests squarely with ZOS, it might be related to a consumer flag but it is not a consumer issue.

No I haven't tried to give them more money for access to something I should already have. That might be very useful and informative but it looks very much like a way to throw away $15.

If it works for myself and everyone I know, it indicates that this is most likely a specialized problem, because otherwise it would be universal. It could be something with the source of payment everyone is using who has the problem, it could be a localization problem if you're in another country, all of which indicates it's on your end. If it were on ZOS or Microsoft's then it would be much more likely to impact everyone.
Thanks @imnotanother but I understand their frustration. Zenimax has pretty clearly demonstrated their inability to get stuff resolved, I'm just trying to help by culling misinformation and hopefully presenting them with something that may help them. I will also admit I don't have the best bedside manner, my wife frequently calls me Spock, which she intends as an insult but I wear as a badge of courage that serves to infuriate her further.imnotanother wrote: »SwaminoNowlino wrote: »PurifedBladez wrote: »@SwaminoNowlino Your logic is twisted and, you arguing this as specialized problem because you and everyone you know doesn't have a problem is just the stupidest thing I've ever heard. I mean I get the idea but that's kind of like losing a dollar in quarters to a vending machine then asking if someone has tried spinning the quarters when putting them in. It might work but it seems much more likely a good way to lose more money.

It happens with the quotations sometimes. And yes I figured that out but it took me a moment to try and consider how you could be saying that without just being an idiot. I agree that from a logical standpoint it has to be tied to some thing that flags the account in some way, either because of an arbitrary cut off date with a bank or payment method, or because of some sort of denotation on the account.
I would note that I switched payment methods when I switched from PC to Xbox One last year when the game released on Xbox One and I have had no issues for a year up until 6 days ago when my account renewed. Because of this I don't think it is related to payment methods.

@Toc de Malsvi provided general information without detailing anything in the realm of personally identifiable information. Just hey, I live in the USA and I pay through Microsoft. He has a problem. I live in the USA and pay through PayPal and have no problem. You're similarly general information may help diagnose the issue.
From you're early post one gets the sense that you're saying I'm not having a problem and no one I know is having a problem so there isn't a problem. So forgive me for challenging that thinking which is I believe is flawed.
So you are in the us, you pay for ESO+ with PayPal, and you still run into this issue? This is interesting for the obvious reason that it's not an issue with me. Can you confirm you have your PayPal scheduled to make this reoccurring payment automatically?SwaminoNowlino wrote: »Here, since you all are so enraged, let me help by acting as an example. A post such as this is much more likely to bring results than posting hyperbolic statements.
I live in the USA and make my transaction with PayPal. I have no issues with ESO + and never have.
Where do you live and how do you pay?
I also live in the us and pay with paypal.
Um yes it auto renews and has for MONTHS just like it has been broken for me and other guild members for MONTHS.
I must be mistaken, you keep insisting you are trying to solve our problem however I do not see a green z by your name indicating you are a zos employee.
So I can talk to you as well til I'm blue in the face and YOU can't help me.
So how exactly can you help us other than your condescending holier than thou comments?
