When is ZOS going to resolve the ESO plus issues for Xbox one or when are you going to remove ESO plus from Xbox one and roll those over to specific crown purchases and /or other adjustments ?
It's pretty irritating to be a customer whose tried to spend money on ESO plus only to never get my crowns and often times loose access to DLC due to how ZOS design DLC on the Xbox one and not understand how Xbox live works.
My suggestions:
-add sku's to DLC in the Xbox one store so that crown purchases actually use an Xbox sku
-fix ESO plus so when ppl buy, they get crowns at the time of purchase and not have to create tickets or wait 48 hours to 2 weeks to get crowns
-fix the ESO plus stacking issue where you let ppl pay for multiple months but only give crowns at the end of all combined periods
Please respond because you've added features to ESO plus exclusive but many of us as confirmed by you as recent as PAX east still have problems 100% of the time.
Using an Xbox one sku removes issues when Xbox live goes down and also is how Xbox live works for digital games but the way ZOS has their items setup, it's more problematic and set to fail 100% when all criteria are not present.
ESO plus hasn't worked since launch and still as of 20 days ago requires a ticket be created however buying crowns does not and has not ever had any of these issues.

Weird there is problems with Eso Plus? That news to me
The only ongoing problem I've had is the crowns, but email support and they sort it fast - my biggest problem is being forced to hand writs in to Wrothgar my main is currently stuck there looping crashing waiting for support to get him unstuck
I've done the main questline and so didn't buy Wrothgar so would love to keep ESO plus and return to Craglorn for Writs. But it's not possible, so I'm planning to cancel ESO plus purely to never to go back to Wrothgar, it's crazy.I love the crafting bag too.

Not only him stop assuming that just because yours is working fine that everyone else is too. Mine was working fine till 6 days ago and now it doesn't work anymore and I cant get a response on when I'm going to get to play and use the content I paid for.

I replied to your thread the other day and above on this one: have you contacted Microsoft? I assure you they are the better company to resolve your issue since they captured your payment. They will have a receipt/reference number on file for your transaction. You should call and dispute the transaction THEN contact ZOS if that is the next step.

It has been broken for me and no LESS than 10 guild members in the last week alone. That is the point of the forums, to draw attention to an issue WE are having.
You don't have it? Congrats! Doesn't have anything whatsoever to do with OUR issues.
It's like we both own a Honda civic and since yours works fine mine must be OK. Smh.

You're entitled to that opinion just as I am equally entitled to refute the original poster's statement in probably 30 threads now that ESO + is universally broken for everyone on Xbox. See my post above for why it's important to refute this if you want to resolve the actual problem.
