Ticket Closed in Error?

I have an 11-day old ticket that was closed this afternoon due to, as he put it, high ticket volumes.

Please tell me this was sent out in error. The ticket is in regards to a gameplay issue that I can't fix on my own and needs attention from your end to fix.

The ticket number is 160613-003017.
