Hi, i have forgotten my password due to not playing for months and so i got an email to reset it sent, once i enter my new password that (trust me) meets every requirement it says; "Your password could not be updated" every single time. I've tried sending a ticket and they have been no help, they have told me what other possible problems it could be but it isn't any of that. They seem incapable in fixing this problem as their only solution seems to be to send me a password reset email which i told them the problem is changing the password not receiving the emails to change my password, so once i click their password reset email and enter my email, the same thing happens. I was wondering if there is any chance you guys can fix this by possibly manually resetting my password if i provide proof of ownership, of something and soon hopefully because i have been dying to play this game for weeks but unable to do so.
