All My Data Is Missing?!

I was playing earlier yesterday and all was normal. I logged off for a quick break, but when I came back all my data was gone. All my character Data and even my imperial edition upgrade along with my explores upgrade which I had purchased in the crown store! All of it without any reason once so ever. Please help, I really want my main back.
