All My Data Is Missing?!

I was playing earlier yesterday and all was normal. I logged off for a quick break, but when I came back all my data was gone. All my character Data and even my imperial edition upgrade along with my explores upgrade which I had purchased in the crown store! All of it without any reason once so ever. Please help, I really want my main back.

    Check your server, make sure you logged in on the correct one.

    Your information doesn't carry between servers, not even the upgrades.
    Why be normal when you can be better?
