My eso plus is gone. No its not expired. It shows as active on everything else. I submitted a ticket and got no response. I can't do the runs with my guild because I can't go in the area.
I've already called Microsoft and they said it is NOT on their end. The xbone servers are fine. I followed your instructions from another post and it is still not working.
We have had this night planned all week and I as the gm will have to sit out if you can't fix this.

I have ALREADY restarted and reset. I want my account fixed!

    Update. So my ticket has been marked solved even though my issue is CLEARLY not solved. Is this a joke? You guys got my money and I can't even play what I paid for! Why can't I get some customer service?

    Hey man, not saying it's a viable excuse bUT you'll probably have to wait for a response til tomorrow. When I needed support it took 2 days. Sucks about your eso plus being gone.

    So I got an email response. It was an automated customer service survey. They don't want me to take that survey believe me. Can I please get some assistance? !

    The surveys are taken just as seriously as the tickets, in my experience.
    Nobody reads either one.

    When I opened an ESO +ticket for a similar issue, it took them 5 days to respond. :|

    Ouch. I finally got a response and they told me they can't see any transaction records even though I attached them...so they can't do anything and they closed my ticket. I ended calling Microsoft and having my money refunded. This company has the worst service I've ever seen besides Comcast.
