My eso plus is gone. No its not expired. It shows as active on everything else. I submitted a ticket and got no response. I can't do the runs with my guild because I can't go in the area.
I've already called Microsoft and they said it is NOT on their end. The xbone servers are fine. I followed your instructions from another post and it is still not working.
We have had this night planned all week and I as the gm will have to sit out if you can't fix this.

I have ALREADY restarted and reset. I want my account fixed!

The surveys are taken just as seriously as the tickets, in my experience.

TARAFRAKA✭✭✭✭✭Ouch. I finally got a response and they told me they can't see any transaction records even though I attached them...so they can't do anything and they closed my ticket. I ended calling Microsoft and having my money refunded. This company has the worst service I've ever seen besides Comcast.0
