This would at least be intended. Instead of all the broken gap closers that people are exploiting. They would have to include fall damage as well.

Well, keep lords need to be added and should be much stronger in ESO.
Same with scroll, it's a joke if you compare it with Relic raids in DAOC.
ESO PvP raids are nothing special and not challenging. It's sad that so much potential is not used in Cyrodiil and IC.
