What does that mean? You could enter through enemy doors and then spawn in enemy base after the loading screen?
So basically you could camp and gank players inside the banker room since IC was released?

No fix for "Strange Allies" in Eastmarch though, the horn was fixed last week but the giants are still uncooperative and won't hit the trees, logging out just results in a FAILED message and puts you back at the blowing the horn stage, I will try again and /bug it again I guess.

Had the same problem. /reloadui sort of fixed it for me... I found one tree that would work after /reloadui. Not sure if reloading fixed it, or if that one tree among the rest was there before I reloaded. In any case, I was able to complete the quest with several trees broken. Might be worth a shot.

The patch notes just say "It is no longer possible to kill Quintus Verres prior to summoning the Monstrous Gargoyle." Given that the most recent issue was that you still couldn't kill him even after the Gargoyle was summoned (since the Gargoyle kept getting stuck on the ledge), I'm not sure I trust that it's actually fixed...
Disguises -- I wish ZOS will add them to the collections or have outfit version of them.
Disguise have a quest aspect to them, but is why there are not added yet. I do not understand why just copy and paste the texture into an outfit (does not have a quest with them) version.
Lovely. Par for the course though. Just once I'd love to see someone at ZOS actually test a fix before pushing it live, you know, to see if it actually worked.
