Check the combat log in this screenshot, I initially thought someone saved my ass with breath of life, but I went from almost dead to full health instantly, I was being hit by approximately 10-20 people.

This is why we cant have nice things. And by nice things, I mean strong gear and strong skills.
The champion system gives you up to 40% healing boost passively (if you max 25% healing done and 15% healing taken) and nobody bats an eye. That is the problem. Malubeth is just the visible tip of the iceberg.
Get a short term healing boost from a RNG proc set and everyone loses their minds. Go ahead and nerf this set, just like every other powerful set and skill in the game that has been nerfed due to CP. Nerf blocking, streak, dodge roll. Just because people can get infinite resources from CP. Anything becomes OP when you can get 25% more of anything you want three times over, without making any gearing sacrifices.
When are you guys ready to admit that its the champion system is what is really unbalancing the game?
You can either have controls on regen, attributes and damage or you can have interesting skills and gear. You can't have both. The controls have to go somewhere.
Gear is fun and interesting. 25% healing just by enabling a setting isn't. There is no tradeoff, no gear to grind, no build, just click a button. Why keep sacrificing cool gear for OP passive stat boosts?
It's over preforming in Cyrodiil, which is pretty obvious if you pvp with any regularity.

OP passive stat boosts? It is a 6% chance on proc ( Of course if you are out numbered it is going to proc more often). You are acting like it is a heal you can cast whenever you want or something. SMH...

It's an item for a 'solo player" to have a change against "zergs'
Working as intended, either do NOT meele people, or learn to purge the beam

@Justice31st
You misread my post. The champion system is what gives OP passive stat boosts. I am not complaining about malubeth. I'm saying that the CP system is what is causing the problem when people stack malubeth on top of 40% healing from stacking CP.
We actually agree with eachother on this point. I'm just hitting it from a different angle saying that gear is unfairly nerfed when CP is the real problem.
You are saying that the set procs a lot when multiple people are beating down on one person, which is what it's designed to do. But we both know that people cant stand tanks in PvP. People shrug it off when high damage builds 2-shot them but if they can't kill someone who's skills get stronger when they are fighting multiple enemies, then they lose their minds and scream nerf.

Lol, so you are saying that if someone who is being attacked by multiple people would not proc the set quicker than a 1v1 duel? LOL you are such a reverse troll. Waaa waaaaaaaaa.

lol please ... your troll game is weak ... and the more you type it becomes evident that you have next to no clue what you are talking about... move along

There are many easy ways to counter the beam, I thought it was OP at first then I actually realised all you have to do is not let it proc on you.

Heal to full once/second every 10 seconds for 5 seconds. Pretty balanced set!
