A good investigation whether it is bugged and gives more heal as intended is I think needed.
But
IF in 1vs 1, somebody is using a lot of DOT's, the principle of this set is that it will proc a lot ! and the DPS per hit was low....
and IF in a 1 vs many, and IF those many deliver mediocre DPS per hit.....
So
Low DPS per enemy hit will be optimal for the Malubeth player.
The INTENTION of this set is EXACTLY to be the counter against multiple low DPS hits !!!
Nothing wrong with such a counter.
Against a Malubeth build you should use only hits that hit hard per cast.
never DOT's
and NO LA weaving
for example: hard cast your Frags etc

Good joke. If you do as you adviced, only a select few burst builds will be able to actually kill a malubeth wearer.
All other builds can pretty much be outhealed by vigor alone
"Hardcast fragments" Spoken like a true zerger. It's not often possible to hardcast a fragment i a real 1 vs 1 fight. Let alone if you're fighting more than one at a time....
This is now a nerf radiant thread
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

I just tried replicating the bugs with it, but can only replicate the double dipping on crits. But theres definitely something else weird going on since once in a while you get huge heals, 5k+ from a single tick, while its boosting your other heals to crazy values also...

Sounds like the same issue that happens with Bahra's Curse.. normally it's a fairly low heal value, but ever so often it will heal tick for 4-6k.

That's great but we need a tone down on them heals; no random should be able to sustain an onslaught of attacks from me which sets them entirely on the defensive. Also any ETA for it to be patched for XB1; I hope it's not going to be like July or something like that.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZ-PUfOXbcg&feature=youtu.be Not fixed, but slightly lower due to less value from critshttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GZ-PUfOXbcg&feature=youtu.be
6k weapon damage and no one bats an eye.... One dude takes longer then 30s to kill and people froth at the mouth. Yet we keep whining about wrobels instagib meta..... Gee... Wonder why....

Heal of this set is to big, it shouldnt heal even from 50% to full not to mention 10% to full, I also think it shouldnt procc on dots (dot builds are already weak as you can easly cleanse or ignore dot damage - burst all the way). Well eventualy... If nothing going to happend I think its a good time to test Fasallas Guile set.

..or skilles players like to exploit broken mechanics and items because they can't kill or survive normal ways and they get mad because their exploit removed indeed gitgud
it's a decent set that might make you have to work for a kill. so naturally we have to nerf it.
The 'decent' set is bugged and makes all of your heals bypass battle spirit while it's proc'd. Are you really trying to play off a bugged set as the usual people whining for nerfs? Really?
