i genuinely hope that this all turns out to be false, or that its just hype, or they address it and resolve the issue. i can deal with the functionality issues and design issues sure, welcome to an mmo, but if they arent willing to actively address and eradicate cheating and blantant exploiting, its a serious issue for me. im hoping Zenimax comes through on this, but not too hard, because well, its hard to know what they will and will not do.

You condone by saying nothing. ZOS says nothing, and by default condones cheating and exploiting.

They have ZERO corporate integrity. I wouldn't trust ZOS to make toast at this point.

I don't necessarily agree with it, but I can understand why some people are getting unbanned. I imagine that a permaban will only be given if there is undeniable evidence that cheat engine was being used(AKA a video and/or 50 eyewitnesses.)

Unbanning and then clearly ignoring all threads and not responding = the same as saying acceptable practice.

at least that is the way cheaters and potential cheaters will read it.

What did you expect? There are barely enough players lol
Theyre bringing one tamriel so they can use cheaper server cuz all the players can fit on on server now
Ofc they unbanned them
Edit: 7m copies sold probably only 2m active

from what I understand, someone who is on video flying and dropping multiple consecutive meteors is unbanned.

In that case, keeping cheaters in game is even worse.
Every Cyrodiil cheater ruins for many players, so chances are, they will play another game. The game is not perfect, and rampant cheating can easily become the last straw for them.
No one wants to play with cheaters, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom.
