So with all the doom and gloom the past month, how bad is sorc?

Hardened Ward's duration nerf has made shield stacking wayyy less viable on sorc. By the time you get all of your shields casted, you've got maybe 2 seconds until they start expiring. Dawnbreaker also became physical damage, which means it now does 25% less damage when using it on a mag sorc. Sorcs could deal with shorter shields or a weaker ult, but not both.

All I did was pull a guide off these forums, slots whatever skills I had, and it was the easiest adaption/transition I ever experienced in a game. The survivability, dps, and the comfort of the class was just so much more enjoyable. This isn't to say I couldn't accomplish that on my Sorc, but I am saying it's much more of a hassal, complication, boring, and un-engaging on a sorc.

I am still of the opinion that magplar is the easiest for PVE. Also a really fun class.

About solo content, such as thieves guild world boss which I soloed yesterday, Nothing has change much. There's still Something about magika regen which is now a pain and truly required more attention overall when you are soloing but other then that I did feel the same limitation as the one quoted for Maestrom.

In PvP, the changes to surge are a gift to stam sorcs. No longer forced to run 2h.
