It IS a ZOS issue as well. You get all the work wasted if you don't manage to keep everyone in the group.
No chance to find replacements if everyone leave.
Playing with idiots is not zos problem. They can fix bugs, not noobs behind screens, but i always said, a good company tries always to implement safe mechanisms to improve the playing, like in some way rules keep society in armony.

If everyone leaves you got a bigger problem on your hand than "finding replacements". Maybe you were the guy dragging the group down.
Also you probably wont find a replacement because killing Kena is not enough to get the pledge done.

And thanks to that IDIOT who deliberately left the group despite i told him to be on the group for a little while so that i could find a replacement.
