ZOS you know how you fixed rapid so that only players in your group can get the buff? Perhaps Spellpower should be treated the same way now. As much as I love Spellpower and all of its blue arm glory, its getting quite annoying in cities....

✭✭✭They actually broke rapid/mutagen again, it no longer smart heals and just randomly heals anyone regardless if they are in or out of group, regardless if they are full or low health....

Nighn_9✭✭✭✭✭Spellpower is a WGT healing set. 50% chance when healing an ally at 100% health to increase their wpn and spell dmg. It makes your arms blue and makes a loud noise. They changed the Rapid Maneuver skill because it was annoying players, well to me Spellpower is starting to get annoying. Some players might not feel the same, but I'm sure there are many that do.0

✭✭✭So, you just want SPC to apply to group members only?
SCREW THAT!!! I like to run around PvP with my SPC on and just randomly heal people and give them buffs all the time. Just because it messes with that cluster f*** of add-ons you PC players have doesn't mean jack as those add-ons have nothing to do with ZOS as they are fan-made and I see no reason to change SPC for that reason. I'm still upset about the change to Rapids as well because I enjoyed getting the occasional speed buff while in Mournhold, having to run to the Undaunted Conclave or Bank had never been so convenient.
All that aside, do you really want ZOS messing with the SPC set at all, knowing their track record on "fixing" issues? They'll end up bugging it to either not apply the extra damage, make the blue color a permanent addition to your character or make something equally disastrous to it.

Yeah im sure your right, but there were also many forum posts about how players were more less getting annoyed by it. I just feel that it would be nice if it was group members only.0
