✭✭Hmmmmmm.... suspicious. I wonder if players are randomly being banned, or for legit reasons. However, it's VERY common among new players being banned because they usually don't read that super long TOS, they don't know game mechanics and fell weak and end up cheating, account sharing, hate speech... the list of possibilities is very long.
All you can do is: Wait until the ban finishes (if it finishes) or contact ZOS through tickets. In the latter case, good luck, as I have a ticket myself sitting there for months already.I am the very model of a scientist Salarian, I've studied species Turian, Asari, and Batarian.

The forums is not the place to reach out for assistance in this matter as we do not have insight behind why your particular ban occurred. It would be best to contact Customer Support (who can go over your account information) or reply to any emails sent to you specifying why you are not able to access your account. You can use Support at the top of this page to contact in.
