Thats right, back in mid may zos acknowledged the bug and here we are almost a week into June and there's been no fix implemented or even word that they have figured out the issue yet. Not sure how a bug that they're aware of takes almost a month to fix but at this point it's almost laughable.

    How does it take so long to fix that bug? My best guess is that so much of this stuff is interconnected that it's not as simple as recoding ONE thing but going up and down the chain to see what else it affects.

    The only bugs that seem to get squashed quickly are the ones that are exploitable to the point of ruining the game economy, etc.

    Poisons where added and it changed stuff in the alchemy skill line. Also, consumables where changed from a VR to CP rating which also messes with stuff. Then added more junk into the mix with resources that make different things and new stats in crafted potions and poisons again.... so yeah a lot has changed in Alchemy that they need to go through multiple areas to find what broke what and why.

    @ZOS_JessicaFolsom , Any update when the Medicinal Use passive will be fixed? I was disappointed to see it wasn't fixed in the last update considering it's been acknowledged for quite sometime.

    Does no one remember Khajiit crit being broken for 8 months, despite me reporting it broken the first day that the Orsinium PTS build went live? How is this sort of stuff surprising anymore?

    I was held to such a low standard, and so little was expected of me at my job.

    This is just more proof of how spaghetti their code is.

    A week ago, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom said that the fix was slated for this Monday's patch if it passed QA. So... I guess it didn't pass.

    Still waiting for an update on this? I'm genuinely surprised it didn't get fixed in yesterday's patch. Such a waste of good potions (and a loss in dps too).

    They made enormous changes to Alchemy with this patch and all the poison crafting. I am guessing they did not want Medicinal Use to extend duration of poisons, and got that working, but accidentally stopped applying Medicinal Use to potions, as well.
