Hey everyone! I have created video guides for ESO geared towards absolutely complete beginners! I cover crafting, as well some other basic things such as mounts, what different dungeons (solo vs public vs group etc.) mean, and more! I started this a long time ago and my guides were extremely lengthy, although also extremely detailed! I have started revamping my guides to offer a short more basic version - which really is for people that just need the basic idea. Here they are!

Yeah it has. I started doing them last year actually

I'm glad to help though as I hard a tough time finding "really really beginner" guides when I started ESO (well.. it was brand new back then so that could be why lol) so i decided to make some!

I have a new goal to get out 2 per month, seems like a small goal but between all the other things I do (and how long they actually take to make) it's all I can aim for right now.

Figured I'd update this thread! All through June I will be releasing 2 to 3 new guides or helpful videos per week. I'll do my best to add them to the opening post but if you're interested just check directly on my YouTube channel!

I also changed the format a bit so I only show one video (to take up less room) and the rest of the videos will be links so the post doesn't get overly massive.

Thanks! If you have questions or feel I missed something please let me know so I can reconsider recreating it. I actually had to rush record a little section last night and re-edit it in since I forget it initially... (you can tell by teh sudden change to my live character instead of PTS haha)

It's more for when new or returning players ask me questions and sometimes ask for good links to video guides, that I can link them to yours.

Btw. your guide is short and good, and contains all the needed information to get introduced to poison making.

I think some people would be interested in further explenation of the poison solvents and what levels they can be farmed at, traits & farmspots for the reagents etc. but all that stuff should be for other guides and not this video.

Awesome! Yes I wanted to make this more of a quick guide for players already familiar with the game and crafting, rather than absolutely brand new players who likely don't understand alchemy. Thanks for the suggestions!

From my view your guide is short and simple, explains all needed information and fulfills its purpose. Your guide is also useful for new crafters who don't mind reading tooltips and traits.

I will not link it to the derpy ones though, as they tend to "need" bold warnings about every potential fail - including addon fails ..I had a guildie who wanted to level up crafting and ended up destroying all his stacks of materials, so he ran up to me and asked where our auction house is located so he could buy new ones >.<

Posted on your Youtube, but I figured I'd add it here too so others can benefit.

"Just need to point out: The inspiration deficit is per character, not account. So you can craft items on one character and then decon those items on another character, on the same account. You will receive the SAME amount of inspiration as if the crafted items came from another player. This is an excellent method of leveling up your crafting or an alts crafting skill to get hirelings on all of your characters."
