In all honesty, the later the better, as then it tends to be much less people online! ^^
By the time the servers were going down, people were killing all NPCs in whole Golden Coast so it was quite troublesome trying to finish my assassin quest

I'm really, really glad to see you taking down the servers to fix what I assume is an exploit. I quit several other MMOs for failing to do just that.

Someone here thinks they know all the legal ins and outs of a legal system. This one finds this most humourous. Go on enlighten us with exactly why a ToS is not enforceable. Bring in exact law to prove your point or go back to that pitiful cave this one avoids due to the stench it exudes.
BTW there is a reason most gaming companies do not lose lawsuits that are related to or are covered in some way by thier ToS.

Terms of Service that try to restrict your constitutional rights are also unenforceable. The right to sue for damages being one such right.
