I have recently solved my space issue. I refuse to have a mule because I want to use my character slots for characters. What I did to solve my inventory problem, was abandon all food and enchanting items. I craft my food in quantities I need using the ingredients from the guild store, and get rid of the rest. I don't ever pick up ingredients now. Also, since glyph's can be purchased, I have decided to abandon the skill line of enchanting for now. Although I can progress now unhindered, I still think it's a shame that there are entire aspects of this game that had to be eliminated for myself due to space constraints. It kind of puts a damper in the excitement of a whole world to explore, and skill lines to practice, when I have to abandon half the items i come across, and a whole skill line. It's whateves Zos.
May I also reiterate:
Subscriber's LOSE access to the DLC's the moment they stop paying. Poof. No more access even though you've been paying for ages.
We don't get them "free." They're gone the moment we cancel.
And the stipend of crowns? Cheaper just to buy the crowns outright.
The extra experience, research time, and gold is hardly anything. I don't make anymore than non-subscribers do. Hell, only way to really get "rich" is to join a trading guild, and what you get is influenced by DROP RATE not GOLD RATE.
And I pay extra, have to buy extra crowns, in order to afford the costumes, mounts, and pets. I also bought my banker in addition to my subscription!
I pay more than you and then some. The difference is, even if you do somehow manage to pay more than me (doubt it), is that you don't lose access to your DLC or content if you chose to stop paying. You still have access to all of it.
I stop paying? Goodbye the investment I made.
Let us ESO+ members have ONE NICE THING THAT IS WORTH IT.
So sick of these repeat threads / polls that keep getting locked for a reason. I'm just going to quote what I said in the last thread.
It's also very telling, and biased, that you're saying pay $180 a year like it's a bad thing. See? We do pay a lot more and we deserve a lot more.I have rehashed this so many times.
When you outright buy the DLC, your perk is your forever access to it. You get it as long as the game lasts. Your investment can never be taken from you should you stop paying into the game.
Subscribers pay MORE overtime for access to these DLCs, and the moment we stop paying POOF no more access. That investment disappears along with the money we put into it.
Subscribers need a better perk than just three days off our research time, 10% exp bonus, and some gold incentive. These are practically nothing. So we get ONE nice thing for making sure the game has steady revenue every month. Without us this game would cease to exist.
So, stop with the "it's not fair," rhetoric. You want the crafting bag, pay the $15 a month.
And the crowns we get everymonth? Hardly enough to get anything nice. And we're paying more for them on average.
And this whole "privacy" argument about not wanting to use a credit card - go to your local game store, gas station, etc. and go buy an ESO plus card. That's what my boyfriend and I do.
I buy my sub AND buy crowns for the vanity items. Don't argue we don't do the same just because we sub.
