I would like to know if there is any plan to adjust the current battle leveling mechanics. Levels 30 to 40 over perform and with astonishing survivability, sustain and damage output quite above any player in full v16 gear yellow. Lowbies playing in CP-enabled campaigns with max cps (501) are a huge problem right now and will get even worse in the next DB DLC coming up.
I have seen some magicka templars be able to dodge roll 6 times in a row (without reseting the 4 seconds diminishing return) and still be able to cc break at will. I have seen stamina dks be able to dodge roll 12 times in a row (without reseting the 4 seconds diminishing return) and still be able to cc break at will. On top of that, they can deal moderate damage that can get you down quite easily and quickly combining burst together and they can tank like crazy.
Freshies with 501cps have become a huge problem, more and more the past couple weeks as we see those beefy lvl 34 tanking 10 players at a time and performing much better than any v16 fully geared could ever do. With the new perks of heavy armor coming up in Dark Brotherhood, I believe we are making juggernauts out of those lowbies and it will be a huge mess.

I don't know what are the numbers behind battle leveling but please revise them. I'm at the point that when I engage multiple opponents, I keep the lowbies for last because I know they are going to take forever to kill.
This is definitely not working as intented.

- Fix Volendrung (spawn location - weapon white on the map causing the wielder to keep it forever - usable with emperorship)
- Remove / Change CPs System, remove current CP/noCP campaigns and introduce one 30days with lock, one with no locks
- Fix crashes when approaching a keep under attack because of bad / wrong rendering prioritization system
- Change emperorship to value faction score points and not alliance points - see this and this
- Fix long loading screens (mostly caused by players joining group out of rendering range)
- Add 2 more quickslots to the wheel or add a different wheel for sieges weaponry only
- Fix Balista Bolts not dealing damage on walls or doors if deployed at a certain place
- Release bigger battlegrounds with 8 to 16 players per team and only two teams

- Gives players 10 minutes to get back into Cyrodiil after relogging / crashing
- Add a function to ignore the Claiming system of useless rewards
- Improve the Mailing System / Rewards of the Worthy stacking

- Make snares only available from ground effects abilities
