ZOS taking our feedback to heart by adding more useless traits to ICP/WGT loot pool

"Set pieces obtained from the Trophy Vaults in Imperial City Prison and White-Gold Tower can now drop with Sturdy, Training, or Prosperous traits, in addition to the previous Infused, Divines, Well-Fitted, and Reinforced traits."

not too huge issue, have opened about 200 vault chest and they mostly come well fitted anyway

Seriously, sometimes it feels as if ZOS is staffed by trained monkeys... every so often they randomly do something that makes sense, the rest of the time it's impossible to see the logic behind their actions.

ZOS, there's already a problem with getting these sets with any sort of useful traits. I've been running ICP and WGT since they came out and still missing a piece of Spell Power Cure and 4 pieces of Scathing with divines. Make these drops BoE already, just like all of the PvP gear. Then if someone really wants prosperous spc pieces I can sell them or trade them for freaking divines.

i got around 650 wgt run behind, and still need spell cure pants with infused and and imperium helmet with infused, the pants i have gotten 4 times, 3x well fitted and 1x reinforced, helmet i have gotten 8 times, 3 reinforced, 2 well fitted and 3 mundus

ICP i dont even wanna farm because its so long dungeon. even with reasonable team its not time wise delicious, and the amount of bugs each boss there has is just... PAINFUL.

I guess next dlc when each boss always give set item it becomes more delicious, but i have reached the point where i cant really bother waste much more time on them to grind.

I like their goal of every trait being useful, but not every trait can be useful on end-game dropped set items! It doesn't matter how much extra gold you get from Prosperous, it could drop 10k with every hit, it still will be inferior to an actual damage-boosting item on end-game gear! Prosperous, Training, and the like are for niche situations, like making a set specifically to go farm XP or gold, they are no good on end-game dropped set items!!

Stupid idea, the fact that prison only wants to drop tormentor, toxic defiance and combat physician for me lately is a pain in the ass already, now they wanna add another level of rng on an already stupid level on rng on top of another layer of rng, f*ck me sideways, is that not what peoples biggest complaint about maelstrom is....RNG, sort it out ZOS.

People farm this gear and play the dungeons because they want the best in slot gear, it's only best in slot if it has a specific trait, your thinking of "let's add more options to keep them playing for longer" is having the opposite effect and is pissing people off to the point where they don't wanna play any longer. I've personally given up on scathing mage, I had a 5 piece well fitted set at one point but deconned it because it's useless, I did 5 prison runs on Sunday, had 1 well fitted scathing mage chest piece on top of heaps of well fitted tormentor and toxic defiance.

I think it's ok as it keep us struggle to get best one,

Loot should be more frequent and best stuff to come in hand should be rare

Im really not a fan of rarity through stacked rng. Rarity through challenge is what Id much rather see.

I am doing 5-7 run veteran dungeons daily and may got 1 good drop I only and still not losing patience and keep grinding...

Mostly I got mercenary crafting material from final boss....

Anyone on pc know if the drop rate increased a little at all? I don't really care what trait scathing shoes drop in tbh I just want them to exist for me.

I really don't understand why crafters can't change traits or we can't pay gold to change traits. Nothing like working your behind off for gear that is then basically useless to you. This is the worst possible way to encourage people to re-run content. And it's the main reason why I don't bother in the first place. I don't need the frustration.

For me Scathing has by far the lowest drop rate of all 12 sets in ICP and WGT. I only have 4 pieces total and of those only 1 is divines. SPC is a close second, still hunting for those divines shoes (meanwhile I have 2 shoes with well-fitted).

Not just traits, it's the set themselves. I got a staff which has a set bonus that increases my Bow Skills.

They honestly don't even think before they do anything.

This needs to be changed ASAP. We don't want all these useless traits. It's hard enough just getting the drop and then getting it with a useless trait. I have done VWGT many times and have never gotten the drop at all.
