Happiness doesn't come from wiping continuously for hours because some people wanted to play on their sub-par build and wasting 3 other people's time either ;)

"Sub-par" is a subjective ideal. More reason to play with people you know and like.

A build being sub-par stops being subjective when you can't kill a single thing in the dungeon and die from things sneezing your way, then they're just plain bad and even the people running it should realize that and either fix it or stay out of dungeons if they refuse to fix it just to stop wasting other people's time. I've had to run with people with those kinds of builds and believe me, they are not fun runs at all when running with people that have those kinds of builds and then refuse to fix them around.

Maybe not, but it's people with these kinds of builds that affects me when zenimax got to nerf all the content for those kinds of people as they're too lazy to make a good build and then whine about everything being too hard when it really isn't.

Is there any proof that Zeni deliberately "nerfed" content for "inept" players? That's making quite the generalization and assumption.

Well, they certainly didn't nerf it for the people that could clear the dungeons. So that just leaves the other end of the spectrum, doesn't it?

If "bad" players are still not succeeding in the dungeons, maybe they weren't really "nerfed" at all? Not like it impacts the "good" players, since they still can get through them without issue. But please note that not everyone who may not be good at the game is clamoring for easy-mode. Not even I find the game necessarily "easy" compared to many other MMORPGs (this is one of the more complex ones, IMO), and I'm not demanding any changes at all. Just need to learn and adapt.

Sounds to me like you need to blame the profit motive and business in general. ZoS does what makes money. If enough of the player base (i.e. market) complains, then there is reason for them to change it. You can always vote with your dollar and go play a more "challenging" game.

Oh, I already have, won't pay them another dollar as they've been making the game super easy faceroll mode all over the place, there's literally no challenging 4-man dungeons left in the game. Tried out ICP and WGT on the PTS, the only two remotely challenging dungeons left on live, now they're super easy and not fun to do at all just as there's no challenge in it. People are already soloing the vet dungeons as it is, now we would be able to just solo the last two also except for a few mechanics that makes that impossible. Is that really how vet dungeons should be?

When I have a little spare time, or cba about my chores in game, I help out people in zonechat. If someone needs help with a quest, dungeon or worldboss I help out.

I also go and farm raw materials, flowers, fight enemies with unoptimized gear or skills.

I, too, have a goblin character. Which I decided to create after finding a goblin disguise/polymorph in Stonefalls. So you, too, can have a real goblin should you so choose!

I really don't want the costume; that's why I rolled her up as ... well as the ugliest bosmer I could. I figure given what is in the game to start with, I'd try to make it work.

BTW what is the backstory of your goblin?

Of course I'm weird that way. Heard someone talking about playing a sea elf, so using Dunmer as a template, I "rolled one up". She's a sorc that pretty much only uses ice/electric abilities; it was the closest I could get to the "weather magic" I picture sea elves as having. I also got the Mind shriven horse for her, but she hasn't "met" him yet.

I'm one of those players. I don't really do group content and I don't like PvP. I like to level characters and everything else the game has to offer. I do this in most MMORPGs I play. I'm mostly an alt fanatic, I just love leveling in games and trying out different classes/builds and seeing different story.

It's also funner with a friend but it's hard to find others that share this same interest.
