Bug: medicinal use does not work at all on PTS. Please fix before launch.

Tested with different kinds of potions, EU and test chars. Medicinal use only shows duration increase on the potion tooltip, but does not give it when you use the potion.

It's lots of fun seeing Zos screw-ups like this. they knew about it well in advance and it still made it to live. took them 2 weeks after DB hit live to fix and they reversed the problem, now medicinal use DOES work but the tooltips DON'T lmfao.
