the reduce potion cooldown glyphs havent worked on live for months so not surprised
Me and @YoloWizard tested those passives and they do NOT work on PTS at the moment.
Those passive all have 1 thing in common, they do extend time of skills or potions.
Medicinal Use (Alchemy)
Everlasting Magick (Mages GUild)
Searing Strike (DragonKnight)
Enduring Rays (Templar)
Dark Veil (Nightblade)
Presistence (Sorcerer)

Small correction. I believe it's Searing Heat passive for DK that doesn't work.
Searing Strike is an active ability affected by this passive. But you could say they both don't work correctly, since the duration is *** up.

As @glavius mentioned, we are aware that Medicinal Use isn't working and are working on fixing that. We'll check out the others called out as well. Thanks @Alcast!
Edit: Just confirming that we're aware of the above passives not working correctly, in addition to Medicinal Use, and are working on fixing those as well.
