Me and @YoloWizard tested those passives and they do NOT work on PTS at the moment.
Those passive all have 1 thing in common, they do extend time of skills or potions.

✭✭Small correction. I believe it's Searing Heat passive for DK that doesn't work.
Searing Strike is an active ability affected by this passive. But you could say they both don't work correctly, since the duration is *** up.
