Hey, some of us have lives, women, and jobs.
So enjoy your life! Doesn't mean you should be as good at a hobby as people who devote a lot more time to it.
(I have a life, husband who enjoys gaming as much as I do and is at his PC next to me right now chatting with me as I play, and am retired - I put more time into it than you, explain to me again why I ought to be held back on your behalf? Because I don't get it, other hobbies/interests do not work that way.)
You obviously come from a non competitive scrub environment.
Name one sport or competitive esport were more time played give better equipment or another kind of advantage thats not based on actual skill.
I guess you are the kind of person thats afraid of true competition and want all advantages handed to you.
If you really believe more cp equals more skill gtfo.
If by advantages being handed to me you mean spending a lot of time in game EARNING champion points, then I don't know quite how to respond to that... They aren't awarded by magic out of thin air, I didn't somehow receive a pack of CP for no effort...
You didnt answer my question...
Name one competitive sport or esport were more time invested gives you any other advantage than the actual experience of how to execute the skillsets needed to win.
Now if you talk about pve I couldnt care less.
Hitting scripted mobs is so hard lol.
What im talking about is competitive pvp or an arena environment. If you need any other advantage than better reactions, more knowledge etc youre a scrub.

I agree but let them have there 800+ CPs they worked oh so hard exploiting to get. Oh btw that is the true reason the CP cap exist in the first place. Because ZOS has such a bleeding heart for CP exploiters who exploited glitches and such then after they are done exploiting they tell ZOS so they can close it off from people behind them, while they got to keep their ill-gotten CPs so others could not compete. I still remember the days when there was 3 guys that was trolling the Non Vet campaign. They was darn near unkillable by anything less then 25 plus players.
I'm finally getting close to the CP cap myself, and already finding zone play to be super boring. But yes there are some very uncompetitive people that play this game that feel that time spent grinding, or exploiting bugs should trump actual player skill to the point a genius with 160 CP should lose to a brain dead person with 800 plus CPs.
My honest ending opinion on the matter, is that Champion Points should not exist as they do in this game. I honestly think I stopped playing this game twice after the CP system was released. Mostly because it was rewarding early exploiters and punishing everyone else who "was not in the know about the expoits" IE all the dungeons and craiglorn XP nerfs and such.

1. 25% increased phy damage
2. 25% increase crit damage
3. 25% increased DOT damage
4. 25% increased light/heavy attack damage
5. 25% decreased block cost reduction
6. 25% decrease to phy damage
7. 25% decrease to spell/elemental damage
8. 25% increase to stam/mag regen
9. 20% cost reduction to stam/mag
uhmmm... and and ....
10. 25% reduced healing to target
11. 25% increased healing

People complain already that 99% of the game is face roll, so they will QQ more if they have more cp.
Im one of ZOS biggest critics, but man, they can't even do wrong for doing right on this matter.

At the time I posted just how much champ XP you get just by using up enlightened. For people that are worried about CP imbalance, there are no CP campaigns

Either increase the cap and just give everyone below x CP (could be 500) 500 CP - who cares but holding everyone else back is really bad logic and design. Once again extremely disappointed in ZOS development plan especially since you mention on several occasions DB would be bringing a CP increase.
So if I worked real hard to achieve that build... That's unfair?
Honestly, I'd rather they didn't. Seeing exp and the CP number going up leads me to believe I am earning something and will be able to advance or better my character which i can not. I'd rather them stop tracking cpxp all together once you hit 501 cp.*SNIP* You should be glad that unlike other MMOs, ESO actually allow you to keep accumulating CPs even past the cap.
