The only real perk for being starved to stage 4, after the upcoming DB DLC goes live, will be the dark stalker passive. Feeding will only restore your health regen rate and will remove your stealth speed perk,. My vamp is already prepared to permanently never feed.

A hundred people just refueled their flamethrowers. Lol

My bad. I just glanced at the PTS patch notes, it is progressive. But I have champion points allocated for that already and have already adjusted my play style to deal with fire. Feeding just isn't worth losing the stealth speed for me.

Lol I just checked some info as well. Apparently outdated as it used to be a constant +25% fire damage through all 4 stages. Guess I subconsciously remembered it from the patch notes.
Edit: Stealth speed was the entire reason I ran with night's silence set forever.

I know this isn't a proper TES game but I was hoping that by following the stages of vampirism, they also followed the strength and weakness concept. As of now I have a life drain that locks up both me and the NPC, an ultimate that costs too much for what it does and an invisibility spell that would only be useful to a NB who already have their own invisibility spell.
Vamp is balanced for this MMO. This isn't skyrim, oblivion, or morrowind. This is an MMO, the vampire skill line is balanced because of this. I don't care if the lore is screwed up, its balanced the way it is.
