I have completed it several times under 12 mins but still no achievement.

✭✭✭✭✭Got it last week on PC/EU. Not bugged there, at least. Make sure you did all bosses, I think they're listed in the achievement description.0 -

✭✭✭✭✭I got this just a few days ago on my newest alt.
Don't skip the alits. Not sure when the timer starts--at the first kwama pack as you head down the passageway or at the group of miners to the left as you exit the passageway.
