Need a better Customer Support Option

I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response that has anything to do with my ticket. I have received two responses and neither have come close to being helpful. I sent my ticket to support.elderscrollsonline.com as requested but Im asking for a better option. They don't seem to be able to see my account on these forums, so are unable to answer questions about it.

If not, I'd suggest doing that first.
Also, did you link your Xbox live profile to the ZOS account per the first email they sent when you started playing the game?-PC (PTS)/Xbox One: NewBlacksmurf
