Need a better Customer Support Option
I submitted a ticket 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive a response that has anything to do with my ticket. I have received two responses and neither have come close to being helpful. I sent my ticket to support.elderscrollsonline.com as requested but Im asking for a better option. They don't seem to be able to see my account on these forums, so are unable to answer questions about it.
